Fitness- Fitness is the condition of being strong and healthy.

Being young, students have a lot of potential to develop a hobby that keep the fitness regulated for the lifetime. Physical Wellness and exercises ensureyou to have strong muscles, joints and bones. Brisk walking, running, jogging, skating, dancing are excellent exercises for staying fit
